Happy Thursday, and happy bonus blog post day! For today's post, I'm linking up with Jill and Kellyann for Fashion Files. I know for many of you that this is not your thing, so you can either read my other post for today or make plans to come back tomorrow. As usual, I've been writing lots lately, so there's plenty of other material to keep you entertained. 🤣
Some things are linked below, for anyone interested.
I bought this dress before Easter Sunday; I actually bought two, I loved it so much! This was the second one and I recently wore it to work.
I bought these on Amazon, and I have been impressed by the quality.
I have this black dress that I bought last year and still love. I love the pockets!
I've loved wearing neutral nails recently! I hope to go later today to get them done, though, this time in a color almost exact opposite. (And not neutral!)
I love wearing these jeans on days when it's a little cooler. And I still love all neutral tops!
I love this one, speaking of that. I bought this one at a boutique that I visit pretty frequently; it's that Umgee brand that I love!
I am still loving this top that I bought from Walmart last year. It's thin and gauzy, and it has pockets! It was described as a dress, but it's definitely not a good dress length for a middle aged woman. 🤣 I love it with both black and white pants, though!
I recently purchased
this cover-up that can be worn as a shirt...
And I loved that cover-up shirt so much that I bought
another one in a pattern. I wore this outfit to church on Sunday!
I recently bought myself two pairs of pants from J. Jill; one is charcoal gray and the other is white. They don't really look wide legged right here in this picture, but they are.
I'm still loving this bright shirt from Walmart from last year...
And just this week, I bought another black dress to replace the ones that are similar to this style that are older and becoming faded. As I wrote this, I bought the same dress in hot pink and in turquoise.
What are you wearing and loving right now? I'd love to hear from you! Thanks for reading my bonus blog post today, friends. Love to all!
Love your new stuff and it looks like you have plenty to reach for this time of year!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I feel like I am set for the hotter months now that I've added a few purchases into my wardrobe.
DeleteLove those dressed on you AND your nails are on point! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, my friend!
DeleteSo many cute tops here! My fave look is that first dress. Love the boho vibes!

Thank you, Kathrine! I love the boho look as well; it's definitely the style I'm drawn to the most.
DeleteSuch cute outfits you have in your closet and they all look so good on you! I particularly like the gauzy shirt with pockets...win/win! Enjoy your day friend!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Marilyn! And you are right about the win/win with a comfy shirt with pockets.
DeleteSo many cute clothes. I'm working on clearing out my closet of things I don't often wear and I've bought a couple new tops recently. I especially the the white lacy looking shirt and the hot pink one after that. They are all really cute and look good on you. Hope you have a great day.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Cathy! Good for you for getting a couple of new things for your wardrobe. It's needed every once in a while!
DeleteYou got so many great new clothes! I really like the Amazon dresses! I find that clothes from Amazon are kind of hit and miss but I have found a few things that I really love! And those pants from J.Jill are nice! I have been very into dresses lately and have gotten a few new ones from Old Navy.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Nicole! I love those. I have a few more things coming from another online order I placed recently. I love dresses when it's hot!
DeleteWhat gorgeous dresses. It's good when you find something you really like and have to buy more than one. I have a couple of dresses, same style but different colours. I do love a dress with pockets. I would love to be able to wear white pants, they always look so nice in the summer but I seem to attract dirt and they don't last long before they're stained.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kim! I totally get that about attracting dirt and stains. I've been okay so far, thankfully!
DeleteThat is so smart to wear the short dresses as flowy tops. I can't imagine wearing some of the short dresses, so this is a good option. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI thought so too, Tanya!
DeleteYou have so many cute outfits! I often don't buy short dresses because I don't want to worry about coverage; what a great idea to turn them into tunics.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Joanne! Well, since the day I flashed all of you in Nashville, I now make sure to always wear the neutral bike shorts underneath. 🤣
DeleteCute fashion! Love the dresses.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pamela!
