useful things I've learned recently

Happy Saturday, friends! I thought I'd share about a few useful things I've learned or discovered lately.

One is this reusable beeswax food wrap that I was given for Christmas.

Here's a link to one that's similar to what I have.

I love this stuff! It's so much easier to use than the pesky clingy kind that we all know and hate.

I am new to vitamin C serum; I've been using mine since I ordered this one in early November, and I am forever a fan.

I totally forgot to mention this in my post about things I've Primed lately. Call me crazy or what have you, but I really do feel like I'm able to see a difference in my skin. Supposedly, it is skin brightening and helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. If nothing else, it also feels hydrating going on; I mix in one drop with my daily moisturizer.

Lastly, and maybe you already know this, but I discovered the PBS app.

I've read about a few of you loving the show All Creatures Great and Small, and I just figured I could watch it on PBS on YouTube TV. I discovered that I can watch some episodes there, but not all of them. When I started on Season 1, Episode 1, I watched a commercial that talked about this app. I installed it on my phone, then on my tv, then I called my in-love's and walked them through the steps, because they love this show. Like I said, maybe you know this and I'm just late to the game...whatever the reason, I wanted to share for anyone who didn't already know this. Oh! I forgot to mention this is free!

Have you learned anything useful recently that you can enlighten us with? I'd love to hear, if so! Thanks for reading my blog, friends. Love to all!

  2. Megan, it really is! I need to correct this post; it turns out you cannot watch all the episodes you want for free. You have to sign up for their passport, or something like that. I still may check into it!

  3. I have just added the beeswax and serum to my Amazon list. I have tried different serums, and am always open to trying a new one. Thanks for the recommendations!

  4. I'll be curious to know what you think about the beeswax, Marilyn! I love it and will order more eventually. I love this vitamin C serum! If nothing else, it feels so wonderful and hydrating going on. My skin is crazy dry!

My daughter got that beeswax for Christmas so I sent her your graphic.
I have been obsessed with Unreasonable Hospitality this week - I think you might like it too. So many great ideas about how to lead and serve.
