Happy Thursday, friends! Every time November rolls around, I always feel extra thankful for our home. We've been here for twenty years this month! It doesn't seem possible that it's been that long, but I love that our sons truly grew up here.
I love this picture that I found on Pinterest.
I am thankful for some much-needed rain that we're getting today! We have been in a season of drought, and it's affected our leaves not changing colors like usual.
I'm thankful for a few things to look forward to—Thanksgiving, weekend movies, plans with one of my best friends next Thursday night, Graham making it safely home—to name a few.
I'm thankful for a fun night at work/church, and the friends who come in to keep me company when it's slow in the bookstore. I'm also thankful for the fact that I no longer hate Thursdays! I feel like I'm finally figuring things out with the financial and business side of the bookstore.
I am thankful that the cold weather is making a return today! It's been in the 80's here this week and it's just making me grumpy, I confess.
What are you thankful for this week? I'd love to hear from you! Thanks for reading my blog, friends. Love to all!
So glad that you are figuring things out and don't hate Thursdays anymore. I wrote a thankful post for today and my theme seems to be I'm thankful for my family.
ReplyDeleteLots to be thankful for! I am thankful for my girls and hubby and the anticipation and excitement of Thanksgiving coming up!
ReplyDeleteIt has been almost 90 here this week...and humid. We have a rainy/cool front coming through tonight and I can't wait to stay cozy inside!
ReplyDeleteCathy, I am so thankful to be able to say that! I love that you're thankful for your family. I totally understand that sentiment!
ReplyDeleteHolly, YES! And I love what you're thankful for. These times are so sweet!
ReplyDeleteTanya, UGH! I am sorry to complain, because it's probably way worse for you than it was for us here. I hope you enjoy your cozy evening in!
